The 365-day consideration period:

We at Kitchen Toilet and Bathrooms make buying for your kitchen and bathroom online simple and enjoyable by offering the following services:

  • No-questions-asked 14-day return policy
  • Easy exchanges up to 365 days after delivery
  • Free product pick up within 14 days of delivery

  • Additional charges for collection and redelivery may apply.

A redelivery fee may be charged. For Trade customers, there is no 365-day exchange.Items that were utilized either in full or part, or installed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Getting your unwanted items back:

We provide a 14-day return and refund policy.if you’re not satisfied with your item’s design, style, or size.

You can pick up or drop off your item(s) at your local Post Office for your convenience. You will receive a returned item service based on the item’s size, weight, and type.

Refunds and charges for returns:

If you decide to exchange the product, you can do so to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be accountable for return transportation costs. The weight, size, and nature of the item(s) to be returned will determine the amount.

Get rid of unwanted goods.

You’re allowed up to 365 days after receiving the item to exchange it for another one. Please send us an email, and we’ll either schedule an express courier to collect the items, return the item(s) or give you an unpaid returns label. We’ll be glad to organize any other items that you need to deliver to us.

Make sure you fill in the returns section of your delivery note before returning your purchase.

Charges for exchange:

Within 14 days after delivery, an item can be exchanged.

There is no need to pay the cost of returning an item if you swap it out within 14 days of receiving it. However, you’ll have to pay delivery charges for the new item when appropriate.

We are exchanging goods after 14 days but within 365 days from delivery.

You are accountable for the costs of transportation for redelivery and return of an item within 14 days, but not before the 365 days. The weight size will determine the amount and type of item(s) returned.

Damaged things must be returned:

Our products are of the highest quality. However, some items may be damaged in rare instances.

It is essential to open and examine your items within the shortest time possible after receiving them and inform us of any damages within 30 days after delivery. Items that are damaged after being installed, used or made to order will not be accepted.

  • If you notify us of the issue within 14 days of the damage being discovered, you have the option of the full reimbursement or a replacement.
  • Replacement only if the damage is discovered after 14 days but before 30 days.
  • If damage is discovered after 30 days, we cannot offer either a replacement or refund.

Online using your account is the fastest and most convenient method to report damaged items for repair within 30 calendar days. After the damage is confirmed, we’ll send you exchange at no cost and with the highest level of diligence.

We must be notified if the damage is not reported within 14 days of receiving the notice, and you’d prefer a refund instead of an exchange. If you can, as soon as possible.The amount will be credited to the original account initial payment option.

In the case of tiles, it’s unusual for a small portion of tiles to break in any way (e.g., chipped edges). These damaged tiles can be used to make the cuts you’ll require. We ask you to notify us if you find that an excessive amount of your tiles are damaged.

Our team will review custom-made items with you once they arrive.

Replacing a broken or missing component or item:

In rare cases, it is possible that a component or item from your order could be absent.

Check your items within the first few hours of receiving them. You must notify us if any component or product is not present within the first 30 days after delivery by sending us an email. When the missing item or component has been discovered, we’ll send an item or part replacement to you at no cost and without hassle.

We cannot replace the item if a part is missing or an item is reported after 30 days following the day you received your product.

We cannot give you a full replacement of any part or other items.

Returning defective things:

We need to be informed of any suspected defective items immediately to resolve the issue quickly. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred or sustained because of an inability or inability to report defects.

When a problem has been discovered, we’ll let you know what steps you should follow next. We’ll either make arrangements for pick-up, ask that your items are returned, or request you eliminate your items (never remove goods from your home without receiving our permission). We would like to see any damaged items be reported as soon as possible following the items’ evaluation to ensure the fastest resolution and a successful resolution.

The right to have items replaced is available to the buyer (or the, if appropriate, the first user) after this fundamental warranty confirms the defect. Kitchen Toilet and Bathrooms will only be responsible for repairs required because of a defect in manufacturing within the item (s). Kitchen Toilet and Bathrooms will not be held accountable or liable for any loss (financial or other) which are not directly linked to the manufacturer’s defect that led to the claim under this fundamental guarantee.

Here are a few things that should kept in mind:

We’re glad that you take your items out and examine the unwanted items; however, we won’t be able to offer you any refunds if you’ve utilized or installed your items.

  • Items must be returned in a resalable state and in their original packaging or, if not feasible, in a suitable state to be delivered to our delivery service.
  • We recommend that you read our guidelines regarding packing your item to be returned.
  • Returns can’t be processed in the warehouse in person and cannot be shipped via Click or Collect.
  • We’d apply the same amount to your collection if a surcharge were added to the initial delivery (due to higher transportation costs). The cost will be assessed upon collection at the appropriate rate.
  • We’ll make every effort to complete refunds as swiftly as possible, typically within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Made-to-order products cannot be covered by our 14-day or 365-day exchange policies and are only eligible for return when they’re damaged or not produced according to specifications set when you purchased them.
  • Your legal rights remain unaffected.

Our 2 person team will deliver any size or weight resource with personalized service no matter when they need us most–whether during regular business hours (AM/PM), lunchtime deadlines( eaten immediately upon arrival)and even overnight if necessary . What if the order is small or medium order?

We offer a range of delivery options so you can get your items delivered quickly and securely. If it’s not too heavy, small or bulky then our parcel courier service will be perfect for sending lightweight goods like mixers showers taps basins by recorded delivery to any UK address – just as convenient! For more robust products that require special handling there is always express post which may cost extra but offers quick turnaround times with tracking numbers available on request at all stages during processing from purchase onwards.

Track your order

We’re now delivering to everyone in the UK! But due our logistics reasons, restrictions may apply for customers living outside these postcode areas.   • An order can only be delivered if a person aged 18 years or over is available to sign for it
  • If you’ve selected our Premium room of choice service, you must inform us if you or anyone in your household is self-isolating due to COVID. Please tell your delivery team when they arrive at your property and also contact us beforehand, if possible. In this instance, we’ll only be able to deliver to your doorstep and not to your room of choice
